This is the Notice from Microsoft announcing changes to commercial pricing for Microsoft 365—the first substantive pricing update since it has launched Office 365 a decade ago.

There will be an increase in the pricing of Microsoft Products as of 01 March 2022.  Microsoft will update their list pricing for the following commercial products: Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Office 365 E1, Office 365 E3, Office 365 E5, and Microsoft 365 E3. These increases will apply globally with local market adjustments for certain regions. There are no changes to pricing for education and consumer products at this time.

The price change is for the Microsoft 365 Commercial products like Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Office 365 E1, Office 365 E3, Office 365 E5, and Microsoft 365 E3. This will not affect the pricing for education and consumer products.
Microsoft will update pricing list for commercial products on March 1, 2022.
Microsoft will announce the new prices in March 2022, which will effect immediately for new subscribers. However, existing subscribers will see the rate increases rollout over the next subscription renewal date after March 2022.
These increases will apply globally with local market adjustments for certain regions.
